Keiretsu Forum is the world’s largest invitation-only angel investor network with over 1000 accredited investor members throughout twenty six plus chapters on three continents. Since Keiretsu Forum’s founding in 2000, its members have invested over USD400 million in companies in technology, consumer products, internet, healthcare/life sciences, clean tech, energy, retail, real estate and other segments with high growth potential. Member investments vary in response to the requesting company’s genuine needs, but are typically in the range of USD200,000 – USD3.5 million.

Keiretsu Forum membership is comprised of serious investors, business leaders, venture capitalists, corporate/institutional investors and serial entrepreneurs. Membership is by invitation only. Members enjoys synergies and close relationships with venture capital (VC) firms, universities, and investment banking institutions. These relationships facilitate the access to capital, talent, technology and resources needed to build a successful venture. The community is strengthened through its involvement in social and charitable activities.

For Entrepreneurs
Companies that apply to Keiretsu Forum are typically in their A or B rounds. They usually have accomplished a meaningful funding round (anywhere between USD500,000 to USD2.5 million) from their own funds, government grants and/or family and friends before they reach us. Member investments vary in response to the requesting company’s genuine needs, but are typically in the range of USD200,000 – USD3.5 million.
For Investor Members
Membership in Keiretsu Forum Toronto is by invitation only and is extended to accredited individual investors who share our vision and will actively contribute to our process. Individual investors make up approximately 80-85% of chapter membership. The balances of our members are Corporate Investors, Sponsors, Partners, and Service Providers.
For Sponsors
Sponsors benefit by being in the nexus of activity in an emerging company investment community and its functions. Our meetings and functions are the optimal place to promote and visualize your company - it is an exclusive club of private investors and prestigious businessmen/women who have the capacity and interest in searching for businesses to invest in and to expand their network of contacts.
